Do you have a 24 hours reception?
We will welcome you personally upon your arrival between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
As a guest house, we will have great pleasure in interacting with you throughout your stay and in providing you with our personalized advice to make your stay unforgettable.

What are the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out will be before 11 a.m.
Outside of these hours, we will not be able to welcome you because we will already be taking care of our kind customers present with us.
Furthermore, in order to best organize your welcome, we invite you to let us know your estimated time of arrival.
Is it possible to arrive earlier or later, or to extend my stay?
To better organize your welcome, please note that access to our establishment is only possible during the check-in time. No early access is available.
If you do need to arrive later than 7 p.m., please contact us by WhatsApp or email in advance to arrange your late welcome.
If you need to extend your stay, please contact us.
Is it possible to stay after check-out time?
It is generally not possible to stay after the departure time, as we have obligations to our customers and suppliers, and place great importance on fairness and respect.
Which languages are spoken at the Front Desk?
We speak French, English, Espagnol and Italian.
The Villa
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, our animal friends are not allowed because we already have two adorable little dogs who watch over the property and who are already eager to get to know each other.
Is there a lift?
We don't have lift. There is a staircase from the parking lot to the villa where the Nice and Cannes Deluxe rooms are located as well as the SPA and the swimming pool. There is another staircase to reach the floor of the Menton and Monaco Deluxe rooms and the breakfast terrace.
Is Loup Castel equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility?
Our structure is not adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Is the pool water heated? What is the water temperature? What are the opening hours?
The pool water is naturally heated by the sun.
Our swimming pool open in season from 9 am to 8 pm and offers the following average water temperatures:
April: 15°C / 59°F to 19°C / 66°F
May: 19°C / 66°F to 25°C / 75°F
June: 23°C / 73°F to 26°C / 79°F
July: 25°C / 75°F to 29°C / 84°F
August: 26°C / 79°F to 31°C / 88°F
September: 23°C / 73°F to 26°C / 79°F
October: 19°C / 73°F to 23°C / 79°F
The exact opening times vary each year depending on weather conditions.
Rooms
Do you have connecting rooms?
Is it possible to stay with 3 people in a double room?
Three of our rooms can accommodate an extra 90x190cm folding bed for a third person:
- Cannes Deluxe Studio
- Menton Deluxe room
- Monaco Deluxe Junior room
Make sure to book the third people in order to inform us about your room occupation.
is it possible to have twin beds?
Our King beds 180x200 cm are in one piece to guarantee optimal comfort, so it is not possible to transform them into 2 separate beds.
Are the rooms equipped with a hairdryer?
We provide hairdryer in all the rooms.
Are there beds for children / babies ?
For your comfort, Loup Castel is synonymous with Slow Living and Zenitude: all our accommodation are exclusively reserved for adults and young adults (16+) appreciating tranquility and knowing how to respect it.
Are there rooms with balcony?
Menton and Monaco Deluxe rooms have a balcony terrace overlooking the swimming pool and dominating the Loup valley.
Is it possible to bring a guest to my room?
In certain cases, you can welcome a friend during the day but only after prior agreement from your hosts.
However, the use of amenities by your friend is subject to charges. Do not hesitate to contact us for this.
Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?
Your extra bed (90*190cm only available for Cannes, Menton and Monaco Deluxe rooms) will be automatically installed if you book your room for a third people.
Is there air conditioning in the room, does it work all year round?
For your comfort, all our rooms are equiped with air-conditioning.
The air flow is optimized so as not to bother you at night on your bed.
The control of the unit and the temperature of your room is left to your complete discretion.
Is there heating in the room?
The heating of the room in winter is provided by the air conditioning system.

Does my room have a safe?
We provide you a small safe in your room, with digit lock.
Does my room have a smart TV?
A 43" 4K smart TV is installed in each room, and will allow you to connect to your favorite applications.
Is there a coffee maker in the room?
In your room you will find a Nespresso machine and a kettle on a welcome tray accompanied by a selection of teas, infusions and coffees.
Is it possible to eat in the room?
For hygiene reasons, eating in the room is prohibited. Each room has its own small private outdoor space where you can have your snacks.
Does Loup Castel offer smoking rooms?
For your comfort, all our rooms are exclusively non-smoking.
Our smoking customers will be able to do so outside on their terraces away from homes and other customers.
Payments and Cancellation Policy
Is it possible to get a refund for a non-cancellable, non-refundable offer?
We provide you flexible and non-flexible rates:
To benefit from the flexible rate you pay 30% of your stay when you book. In case of cancellation:
- up to 30 days before your arrival: you will be refunded your initial payment, less €15 administration fees.
- between 15 and 30 days before your arrival: you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay.
less than 15 days before your arrival: you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your stay.
Modification possible up to 30 days before your arrival: contact us. Application fee: €15
To benefit from the non-flexible rate, you pay your entire stay when booking. No modification is possible. In case of cancellation, no refund will be possible.
Is the rate indicated per person or per room?
The rate is per room with 2 people occupation.
Is breakfast included to the room rate?
Our famous breakfast is included in the price of your room for all its occupants.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Master, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Are taxes included?
All taxes are included (the tourist tax calculated per person and per night is included in your basket before validation of your reservation).
Will you ask for a security deposit?
We will ask you for a security deposit to cover the loss or damage of the belongings which we will give you upon your arrival.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?

Can I be refunded if I shorten my stay?
Any shortened stay will not give rise to any refund.

Is there a taxi rank near Loup Castel?
We are in the heart of nature, and we recommend that you rent a small vehicle for your visits.
You can also book a local private driver depending on their availability to consult on Luxury Riviera Transport.
What are the nearest train stations?
The nearest train station is located at Grasse (20 minutes from Loup Castel by car).

How it is difficult to access Loup Castel?
We're surrounded by nature, and some of our scenic roads can be a little narrow.
For your travels, choose the main roads. We recommend a small SUV for your visits.
Along with your little welcome guide, you will receive our visual instructions to make your visit easier.
Am I able to access my room independently?
When welcoming you, we will give you your personal keys to freely access the property and your room.
Is there night outdoor lighting?
For your comfort and safety, our property is equipped with intelligent automatic outdoor night lighting.
Can I rent bikes on site?
You can rent bikes from Bike Butler which offers you a wide choice of bikes and will provide you with explanations and recommendations for hikes.
Are there any hiking trails starting from Loup Castel?
Indeed, you have the famous Paradis circuit, which will take you to the magnificent mediaval village of Gourdon, culminating at 760m above sea level and offering a breathtaking panorama of the Loup valley and the Mediterranean sea.

What time is breakfast?
We serve breakfast from 8 am to 10 am, outdoor or indoor depending of the weather.
What type of breakfast is proposed?
We offer a tailor-made breakfast, served at the table à la carte.
You will benefit from a choice of teas, herbal teas, coffees, chocolates, milks, breads, cereals, butters, jams, eggs, cold meats, french pastries.
Is it possible to have breakfast before opening time?
It is entirely possible to have breakfast before opening time on simple request the day before. We will then offer you a selection of our products to keep in your personal refrigerator.
Where can I find restaurants?
You have a choice of very good restaurants near Loup Castel. We will be happy to recommend our favorites to you. With your reservation you will receive a welcome guide with our recommendations.
Is it possible to leave my luggage at the reception?
As early check-in is not possible, it is not possible to leave any luggage at the reception.
Does Loup Castel have a car park?
We provide one free parking space for one car per room inside our property. Our parking lot is monitored by video.
Does the WiFi is provided?
We provide free high-speed WiFi access indoors and outdoors.
Is there a business center?
There is no business center at Loup Castel.
Does Loup Castel have a concierge service?
We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information to improve your stay with us. We will share our best places to eat, to visit around us to make your stay unforgettable.
Does Loup Castel have a dry-cleaning service?
We do not offer a laundry service, but you can benefit from a laundry service nearby in Châteauneuf de Grasse.
Does Loup Castel have a babysitting service?
For your comfort, Loup Castel is synonymous with Slow Living and Zenitude: all our accommodation are exclusively reserved for adults and young adults (16+) appreciating tranquility and knowing how to respect it.
Do you provide towels?
We provide all towels and linens, as well as toiletries for your stay.
We pay great attention to natural resources, and ask our customers to respect them as well.
To reduce water consumption, we replace your towels free of charge on request every 3 nights, and your bed linen every week.
Where can I find an adapter?
We will do our best to get you a travel adapter for your phone.
Does room cleaning is included?
Your room is carefully prepared before your arrival, and we provide daily cleaning upon request.
Does Loup Castel propose extra services?
We offer you a choice of drinks and aperitifs, as well as yoga classes or massages upon reservation.
What services are offered in the SPA?
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our SPA with massage or lava stone sauna sessions.
Our SPA is located near the swimming pool, and has a relaxation lounge with views of the swimming pool and the valley.
Our SPA welcomes you every day (price per session).
Does Loup Castel offer fun activities?
We provide you with free outdoor games (petanque, archery, badmington, darts, Mölkky, etc.) and many other board games.
Can I charge my electric car?
You will find a CEE Type E socket (230V / 3kW) in the parking lot to charge your vehicle (subject to availability). Pricing based on actual consumption.
